Historian and Historical Consultant living and working in North Queensland. Daughter of a displaced person and cane cutter and wife of a former cane farmer of Spanish Basque origins hence the professional interest in sugar and migration history
Clive Moore
Clive Moore retired from his position as an historian of Australia and the Pacific at the University of Queensland at the end of 2015. He maintains a variety of historical interests and intends to specialise in community history. After forty years as a professional academic historians he feels that history should be more ‘people-oriented’ and is interested to use his skills to write in an historical but less academic manner.

Dr Timothy Bottoms
Timothy Bottoms is a professional historian based in Cairns and is the senior partner in NQ Research Associates. He is a specialist in Aboriginal and North Queensland history and has wide experience in writing, producing and presenting radio documentaries and music biographies. He is particularly interested in popularising history.
