PHA Qld Professional Development Day

On Saturday 14 October 2017, PHA Qld welcomes you to a professional development day at the Queensland Art Gallery.

Themed History: practice and experience, the day will include a number of talks by leading practitioners in the field, and highlight resources available to professional historians as well as insights into industry experience. Guest Speaker Jill Barnard (President, Professional Historians Australia) will provide insights into managing your history consultancy, and other speakers will highlight useful mechanisms for historians to include in their practice, including digital tools and social media. The PHA Qld AGM will also be held during this event.
