Winner of a QUT Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Award for my thesis "The Rural School Experiment: Creating a Queensland Yeoman".
Winner of the Inaugural Biennial RAAF Heritage Fellowship 2014 presented by Chief of Air Force (CAF) at the RAAF Air Power Conference Reception at the National Convention Centre in Canberra, 12 March 2014.
Author of "The Empire has an answer".
